Responsibilities
As a member of our engineering team, you will:
Design and build scalable backend services using Python and Go
Own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements
Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript, or similar backend languages
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong grasp of system design, databases, and API development
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Working hours
10:00–19:00 (1 hour break) / Core hours 11:00–16:00
Bonus system
Annual bonus determined by individual KPI achievement and company results.
Target bonus: 15–25% of annual base salary.
Overtime
Overtime may occur depending on project deadlines. Monthly average: 10–20 hours. Overtime pay fully compensated per labor law.
Paid leave
20 days of paid annual leave (prorated in first year).
Unused leave can be carried over up to 10 days to the following year.
