## About the team

Our **Engineering team** owns the core platform and is responsible for _shipping reliable, scalable software_.

## Responsibilities

In this role, you will take **full ownership** of product areas and:

  * Lead discovery sessions and _translate user needs_ into actionable specs

  * Define and prioritize the **product roadmap** in collaboration with stakeholders

  * Analyze usage data to drive _data-informed decisions_

  * Partner with engineering to deliver **high-quality releases** on schedule

  * Represent the product in _cross-functional leadership meetings_

## Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

  * **3+ years** of product management experience at a tech company

  * Proven ability to _define strategy and execute_ with cross-functional teams

  * Strong analytical skills and comfort with **data and metrics**

  * Experience working in an _agile environment_ with rapid iteration cycles

  * A passion for **user experience** and customer-centric thinking

## Working hours

9:00–18:00 (1 hour break) / Flextime available

## Bonus system

Performance-based bonus paid twice per year (June and December). Range: 1–6 months of monthly salary based on individual and company performance.

## Overtime

Discretionary labor system applies. No fixed overtime; work style managed by employee. Estimated 20 hours/month equivalent paid as fixed overtime allowance.

## Paid leave

20 days of paid annual leave (prorated in first year). Unused leave can be carried over up to 10 days to the following year.
