## About the team

## Responsibilities

As a member of our engineering team, you will:

  * Design and build **scalable backend services** using Python and Go

  * Own features end-to-end — from _architecture to deployment_

  * Collaborate with product managers and designers to **define requirements**

  * Conduct thorough _code reviews_ and mentor junior team members

  * Participate in on-call rotations to ensure **platform reliability**

## Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  * **5+ years** of professional software development experience

  * Deep expertise in _Python, JavaScript,_ or similar backend languages

  * Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  * Strong grasp of _system design_ , databases, and API development

  * Excellent written and verbal communication in **English**

## Working hours

10:00–19:00 (1 hour break) / Core hours 11:00–16:00

## Bonus system

Annual bonus determined by individual KPI achievement and company results. Target bonus: 15–25% of annual base salary.

## Overtime

Overtime may occur depending on project deadlines. Monthly average: 10–20 hours. Overtime pay fully compensated per labor law.

## Paid leave

20 days of paid annual leave (prorated in first year). Unused leave can be carried over up to 10 days to the following year.
